Division of responsibilities
OAXWAY coordinates. It receives the request, agrees the fare and trip details, assigns the vehicle and provides the reference and driver information.
The operator performs the ride. It provides the vehicle, driver and transportation.
Passenger transportation in Mexico is subject to applicable Mexican transport, permit and insurance requirements.
Documents
- Privacy notice. Information collected, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention and rights.
- Service terms. What is requested, when a booking exists, how fares are confirmed and who is responsible for each part of the service.
- Cookies and browser storage. Essential storage, consent-controlled analytics and how preferences can be changed.
