What the service is
The website accepts requests for private transportation. OAXWAY receives the request, agrees the fare and trip details with the traveler and coordinates execution. The ride itself is provided by the independent operator identified in the legal information. OAXWAY is responsible for its coordination; the operator is responsible for the vehicle, driver and performance of the ride.
When a booking exists
Submitting the form does not create a booking. It is a quote request. A booking exists after the vehicle, pickup time and fare have been confirmed in writing and accepted by the traveler. Until then, neither party is committed.
Fares and payment
Fares are confirmed in Mexican pesos per vehicle and one-way trip, not per passenger or round trip. The confirmed MXN fare is the contractual amount. This website does not collect online payment; payment arrangements are provided when the booking is confirmed. Approximate USD values are informational only when displayed. Third-party taxi, shared-van, bus or airline prices are dated references, not OAXWAY offers.
Cancellations and withdrawal
A final cancellation policy and payment method have not yet been published and are not invented here. They will apply prospectively once dated and published. Under EU consumer law, passenger transport booked for a specific date or time is generally excluded from the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right. This does not prevent the parties from agreeing to a change or cancellation through the contact channel.
Published information
Distances, travel times, road conditions and third-party prices are guidance published with a source and date. They do not replace official instructions or the driver's assessment on the travel day. Conditions may change before editorial information can be updated.
Website use
Website text, photographs and design belong to the controller or are used with permission. The request form may not be used for false, automated or mass submissions.
Applicable law
Austrian law applies to the relationship with the website controller without removing mandatory consumer protections available in an EU resident's country. The physical transportation takes place in Mexico and is subject to applicable Mexican transport law.
