Private transfer questions
Is the rate per person or per vehicle?
The confirmed fare is per vehicle and one-way trip, not per passenger. Tolls and taxes are included when the route uses a toll road.
Can the driver pick us up at an Airbnb?
Yes. Pickup can be arranged at an airport, hotel, Airbnb or another accessible address confirmed with the team.
Can we bring surfboards or oversized luggage?
Yes, when you declare the items in advance. The team assigns the vehicle around the number of travelers, checked bags, carry-ons and oversized equipment.
Do the drivers speak English?
Bilingual drivers are available through the local operator. Include any communication needs in the request so the assignment can be confirmed.
Is this an instant booking?
No. Submitting the form creates a request. A local team member confirms availability, the vehicle and the final MXN fare before the trip is booked.
