What OAXWAY coordinates
OAXWAY organizes route discovery, presents starting fares from approved tariff data, receives the request and maintains the communication needed to coordinate it. Submitting a request does not by itself create a booking or charge: trip details, vehicle and final fare are confirmed first.
What the local operator handles
The independent operator supplies the vehicle and driver, confirms the operational pickup point and physically performs the assigned transfer. OAXWAY does not present the operator as the same company and does not present itself as the physical carrier.
Transparency we keep visible
- The public route fare is a starting fare, not a guaranteed final amount.
- The operator identity remains separate from the OAXWAY identity.
- Changing facts use traceable provenance when a verifiable source is available in the system.
- We do not publish reviews, ratings or proprietary operational statistics that do not yet exist as verifiable data.
